Refund policy
If a return or refund is required, please contact Greenlambkin Yarn within 30 days of receiving your order. We can only accept returns of standard shop stock and not custom-dyed orders, unless they are faulty.
On receipt of the item/s we will either refund you the full value of the product (excluding return postage costs) or replace with an item of equal value.
If you are returning products from outside the UK, please ensure that all relevant customs declarations and procedure have been followed as we are unable to receive products which require customs fees to be paid.
